Melissa’s The Great Pepper Cookbook Dinner Party at Spaghettini’s

We at Melissa’s Produce are ending the month of September with our last fall Meet the Author event and presentation for Melissa’s Great Pepper Cookbook by our very own authors Chef Tom, Chef Ida and Produce Guru Robert Schueller. Chef Debbi of Deb’s Kitchen will hosting our produce team at the renowned Spaghettini Restaurant in Seal Beach, CA. Learn all about incorporating mild but flavorful peppers into your everyday cooking with a special presentation. In addition, attendees will enjoy a multi-course small plate menu featuring peppers paired with craft beers, specially created by Chef Victor of Spaghettini’s.

Each attendee will receive a copy of Melissa’s Great Pepper Cookbook. If there are two in your party, you may choose to receive a copy of Melissa’s Hatch Chile Cookbook instead, which is loaded with ideas using Hatch Chile’s grown in New Mexico! Also included is a cool Melissa’s goodie bag (which turns into a great little farmers market bag) filled with peppers and recipes to get you started in your own kitchen!
