Happy First Day of Fall! Today is the official day to say goodbye to berries and watermelon and say hello to pumpkins and squash. While we’re saddened to see our favorite summer fruits go until next year, we also can’t help but feel the excitement of autumn in the air. After all, fall season is a whole other food adventure in itself. Warm and comforting apple pie. Delicious and spiced pumpkin bread. Sweet and savory butternut squash lasagna. These are just among a few edibles we can all look forward to.

This week, we bring to you our favorite fall recipe picks to help kick off the first day of fall. While you have all season long to enjoy these wonderful dishes, these recipes make the best out of which fruits and vegetables are at their peak right now. We’ve got brussels sprouts, carnival squash, pomegranates and much more on the menu this week.
