Charlie Palmer’s Winemaker Dinner: Skip the Wine, Pass the Scotch

Charlie Palmer’s at Bloomingdale’s at South Coast Plaza will be doing their famed winemaker dinner a little differently this time. Executive Chef Seakyeong Kim has designed a five course meal to be paired with featured Scotches from the renowned Macallan Distillery from the Speyside area of Highland, Scotland. Melissa’s Produce will be providing the fruits and vegetables.
